The new generation Delem controls have been integrated with the Accurpress press brakes to deliver the highest grade of efficiency in programing, operation and control for press brake operation. The controls give access to the proven Delem interface and enables direct navigation between programming and production.

The Floor mounted premium backgauge comes standard with an X-R axis. Upgrade options include Z1-Z2 axes and X-Prime fingers. Floor mounted backgauges provide more space for bending parts inside the machine.

This is the best backguage for bending complex parts. With two independant fingers the backgauge can be configured to gauge for any application.

Accurpress utilizes Rexroth hydraulic components and is proud to offer both economical and ecological hydraulic systems to our customers. All systems are engineered to deliver top performance, reliability and repeatability.
Our standard Absolute model is equipped with an 3-phase AC motor and has an optional variable speed drive option that allows for more ecological operation.
Our second option, which comes standard on our Prestige line of machines up to 250 tonnes, is a Servo pump powered hydraulic system which allows for extremely low power consumption when machine is idle.
Our final option, which comes standard on our Ultimate line of machines up to 250 tonnes, is a hybrid servo pump powered hydraulic system which only uses power during the bending stroke and is our most efficient drive system.
Accurpress uses two styles of Ram guiding systems - Sliding ways come stock on our Absolute line, and Four-point Roller Ways for our Prestige and Ultimate lines.
The lifetime lubricated sliding ways are located on each end of the ram, the box is designed for maximum contact combined a with low-friction surface. This combination ensures sustained accuracy and a long service life.
The Four point roller ways is our high precision and longevity option that comes standard on the Prestige and Ultimate lines. With two sets of roller ways per side, this option reduces friction while maintaining rigidity, accuracy and allowing high-speed operation.
There are three types of Sheet Supports that an Accurpress can be configured with the Standard Stationary Sheet Supports, the Traversing Sheet Supports and the Premium Sheet Supports. Along with sheet supports, in order to aid in larger parts Accurpress offers two types of Sheet Followers: the Single Axis Sheet Follower and the Dual Axis Sheet Follower.
The stationary sheet supports come standard with Absolute models, they have 180° swivel and thus can be used flexibly or easily moved out of the way when not needed. They also include a disappearing stop for positioning parts.
These supports come standard on the Prestige model, they also have 180° swivel action and disappearing stops, but also can be moved and positioned anywhere along the table of the machine.
Sheet Followers are an excellent addition to allow operators to safely handle larger parts. For 90° bending we offer the Single Axis Sheet Follower, for acute bending and hemming of large parts we offer the Dual Axis Sheet Follower.
Accurpress pressbrakes can be configured with American, European and Wila style clamping systems and built to your preference of style and brand.
Accurpress is proud to offer our European style Quick-Clamp system. Using a two-stage clamping system, tools can be loaded from the sides or at any point along the pressing beam. They are a cost effective, efficient solution for quick tool changes – designed to save you money by reducing setup time.
Any of the Accurpress lines can be configured to have hydraulic clamping. This innovative style of system provides unparalleled setup times and truly optimizes pressbrake productivity.
Accurcrown top tier mechanical CNC bed crowning that minimizes deflections that naturally occur during the bending process. Using a system of wedges to counteract the predicted deflection, the Accurcrown system allows operators to dial in their machine as quick as possible with the fewest number of bends and wasted parts.
